How does the recruitment work?

1. Phone conversation

We talk on the phone, discussing about salary and what skills needed, open positions. If all goes well, the next step.

2. Technical task

We send a technical task todo. The task specifies the conditions and how to do it, if necessary, we always explain.

3. Job offer

After todo task done, we contact you by phone and submit a specific job offer and later we sign an employment contract.
